    Old Night Rider. Any use?

Any value in this light, ca. 1994?

Convert to LED? Sell? Museum piece?

That actually looks like a nightsun. I had one back around 95. Great light, very industrial look but high quality. IIRC they had like a 10 or 12 watt low beam and something like a 25 or 30 watt high beam. I looked into led conversion of mine but the heat dissipation of the case wouldn't be ideal. You can always find some like 2 or 300 lumen pre made led gu10 bulbs and do a somewhat simple swap but it's not going to be anything outstanding and the cells have probably seen better days as well

I'm surprised your battery still works.

It's not much use really. I have the Nightsun commuter special that's sitting in the box somewhere. A $25 Yinding is far superior to this light. It's not worth trying to convert this light.

One thing I really liked was the simple toggle switch that I could mount within reach of my thumb. High to low with one easy flick. I really miss that.
