    NiteRider customer service.

    Just thought I'd drop some positive energy on ya'll for a change.

    After a year of moderate use my TriNewt( bar light) quit working. Didn't know what to do so I called NR and they said send it in for warranty service and they would take care of any problems free of charge. This is not ground breaking stuff but I'll be a long time NR customer because of the little things like this. I get my light back next week and night spring riding is on. YES!

    That is all.


    My other light is an Amoeba( head light, spot). Funny thing, I've beaten the hell out of it and not a problem to date. Go figure, that's the one made in a garage locally by a guy that I have a home phone for. Irony?

    I also had great CS from them. I broke a mount clip on a the lamp a few years ago and asked about how to buy a replacement. They sent me the clip and threw in a quick release bar mount, all at no charge.
