New light from Origin 8 looks nice!

    https://www.amazon.com/Origin8-Light.../dp/B076B1VD95

Looked at this at my LBS yesterday, compared it to my Gemini Xera that I had on my helmet at the time. Cooler/whiter/bluer than my NW LED and not quite as bright (to me) but looks like a killer size for a helmet light and the battery is tiny so could be strapped to helmet. Anyway, looks like a nice alternative to the cheap-o Chinese specials that you can actually go to your LBS and see/touch/play with. Box was just like the old Magicshine 808 boxes.

looks like USB rechargeable cheap light for $100. Even uses SS connectors. Origin 8 has a few decent products (I like their composite flat pedals) and their budget oriented, at least as you said you can see them at LBS and have a warranty.

Yeah, and orientation of connector is reversed compared to all others so you can't interchage.
