Looking for a headlight that has a horizontal cutoff

Hello new guy here. I'm getting back into cycling and starting from scratch with new gear and a bike. Right now I'm looking to just ride on the streets to get back into shape and looking for a headlight that is better for the street.

I have found from some reading Fenix has some of their lights made with a feature they call "visual cut-off facula line". I see their BC35R mentions it but other lights that look the same don't mention it. I'm looking for some recommendations on other lights made like this.

My budget tops out at $150.00 but I don't need a super bright light. I think 500 lumes and up will be ok. The street lights in my area are pretty bright.

    Thanks

The Ravemen lights all have the cutoff beam amd have proven to be well liked and reliable. I'm posting a link to their CR900 but encourage you to look at all the lights they have to find the one that meets your needs best.
