Light Motion Arc Battery gone bad?

I have a 6 cell Li Ion battery that I have not used for several months. I charged it and it show a complete charge. Have tried 2 different lights and neither will turn on. Any suggestions on what my problem is or what I might do to get it working?

fwiw, I have two of these 11.1 volt 6 cell batteries that I was going to list for sale very soon. Both in excellent condition and they each power an ARC for over 3 hours on high.

    PM if interested.

Took it to Batteries Plus and the tested it and got no voltage out. Light & Motion suggested cycling numerous times and this didn't help either. Time to move on. 2 ARC lamps and Charger up for sale in the Classifieds now.
