    Intense lighting systems

Bought this light from a LBS, they dont have a website yet. But anyone know if this is a common base? I would like to either buy a go pro mount for it... or make one on a 3d printer.

Looks like the clamp and mount is a pretty standard piece they bought and mounted.

I found some similar ones online from solidlights. But no go pro mount.

Only place to get mounts that are gopro compatible is to talk to user "Vancbiker" here. He makes custom gopro mounts.

Theres light like those under various brands (chinese lights) so you may be able to find one of the "brands" that may have a gopro mount that fits then.

Yah it was a shot in the dark.

Friend of mine had a printer and we are both cad/cam draftsman by trade so i can easily model it up for him.

I might also get the lbs to hit them up and see if they have plans to make a go pro mount, i guess they have plans to make a website and primarily make wireless chargers.

I have not done an adapter yet for that particular light. Possibly a modded version of my finned adapter would work. To start with, I would want to see a picture of the bottom of the light with the plastic mount removed and a precise measurement of the center to center spacing of the mount screw holes.

If you go with a printed adapter, see if your friend can use ABS plastic or nylon. The PLA plastic used in most lower end printers usually ends up with an adapter that does not last very long for trail riding. If PLA is the only option, be sure to use a generous blend radius at the GoPro tab to adapter body junction. That's been the most frequent breakage point that folks have told me about.
