I created a video on night biking with ITUO XP2 only to find ITUO ceased operations..

What is the odds of this. I create a video about night biking and while it was not specifically a review of the ITUO XP2s I referenced then quite a bit as I have been using them since around February. I created the video on 9/21 and I posted it today. I went to link to the ITUO lights only to find the saga from RAKC about ITUO ceasing operations. Really?

It's a shame as I thought the lights were pretty good...

    Great video!

They did not cease operations, in fact, they're working on releasing a whole new line of lights! - They're also running a great sale (probably trying to sell as many of their stock before the release of the new ones!

OK, you've got my attention! Appreciate if you'd share anything you've heard on new Ituo lights.

Well they certainly fell off the tracks for a while. Would be interesting to hear from Ituo a truthful account of what went on when things fell apart.

I'm guessing some kind of ownership change has occurred and a capital infusion has allowed the company to try and get back in the market. Hopefully they can. They had a decent product early on.

Ya they did cease operations for a few months until new owners took over.

I thought I had shared the emails from them a fair while back when they started contacting people again after over 3 months of silence.

Not bad lights at all though. Just no support network in the US. They are nothing more than another company selling a long list of products like most of what you find. But quality is definately well above the cheap Chinese crap.
