All in One Lights with USB and Built In Battery Suggestions

Anyone else have any favorite all in one bar mounted lights that include a USB charging port and integrated battery?

Looking to buy a few cheap (under $100 or less) bike lights to use on my kids bikes or to loan to friends. I often have trouble sorting out the batteries & light heads then installing on my kids 3 bikes.

I like the simplicity of just strapping the light on the handlebar with no battery cables to manage. Also like how I can charge the lights off the many USB chargers that we have to charge iPhones and iPads.

I have a Bontrager ION 700 $100 light which is currently my favorite light due to the simplicity of mounting and charging.

Looking a the NiteRider Lumina 750 $90 at REI

Are there any other lights worth considering?

I have the loan of a Serfas True 500 from a guy that wants a swiveling, GoPro adapter made for it. It is a pretty nice light, I was surprised with the output and overall quality.
