18650 Alternative battery supplier questionaire/poll - NEED your inputs! 4 Questions

First off guys, I put it there as I feel we need cells (18650) for night riding! So I hope it's not OT or else mods can move it.

This is a 30 second questionnaire to fill. Itís about an alternative supplier from which we can source our cells. Been a battle to get hold of these cells lately
This will help us get an alternative supplier which I will give details as and when I can. The more answers the better. Thanks for your time!

Can you tell where the alternative supplier is located? For example it is useless to me if it is in USA. It is simply to expensive for me. If it is in China this might be interesting.

Yes, but almost nobody cares about chargers to charge that batteries. That's interesting too.

Most only care that they can charge them and $20 or less fixes that. Or guys like me have higher end chargers from other uses.
