Don't know. I got narrow optic and open my lamp to swap it and then saw it. I have removed that small piece with nail. Overheated? Overpressured? Bad quality? I thougt that led go first

Did you clean it with any solvent (like alcohol, or...?). I've seen that happen a number of times due to cleaning. Because the plastic is so thick, there are a lot of internal stresses as it cools in the mold, and some sort of solvent weakens it just enough and it breaks. It is a really smooth broken surface, right?

    Sorry to see that happen...

I cleaned it with isopropil alcohol, but at front where I left fingertip of AA glue, didn't touch the back. It cracks around all 4 necks, but pieces hold together, I pulled one out.

Yeah, that will wreck it (been there, done that). You must have got a bit on the rear too.
    Time to order another.

Welcome to the solvent abusers club Frozen
the solvent I used was a bit more aggresive and mine turned to crumbs in front of me
I was stunned just watching it happen
