    Bar Mount + Remote switches

Sorry guys no new lights to show you..

Machined this Ali mount up using mostly the rotary table..
Made two little ferrels for the bolts, so they can be tightened by hand... no need to use allen keys..

    Also made two remote switches..

This ones made from delrin, uses a O-ring to secure to the bars..

This ones made from Ali and anodised..
Slots in each end so that a velcro strap can be threaded through...and then secured to the bars...

    Thanks brad...
It was a bit time consuming making the mount and getting the shamfer to follow the contours..
You can work it out with a cad drawing and working out the angles, then translating that to how many degrees mins and seconds etc..

I found cutting the part of a circle on the bottom of the switch, to be a PITA on the rotary table.
So put it in the vice found the centre and used a boring head..

very tidy! My next bar mount is going to bolt directly to my brake lever band, so I have as little reach as possible from my grips. That or a patch of velcro
