    Kona site - weights?

I'm trying to get the weight of an 05 Dawg Primo from Kona's website. I think the path is technical > download > weights, or something like that. I can't open the file - its an xls file, which I presume is an MS excel file, but I'm not sure about that. It's not a pdf file, that's for sure. I would appreciate it if someone can open it and maybe paste it in a reply. Please also specify the frame size. For any other stupid guys out there (besides me), it would be great if you could post the weight of as many bikes as possible that are mentioned.

    Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate it.

Does it not say what frame size those weights are for? Also, I had an 05 Dawg on the scale at the LBS last weekend and it weighed almost 34 pounds. It looks like someone's scale is off.

    Thanks again.

It seems to be unfinished, there are no frame sizes. In addition, I think you are right because last year the dawg is listed a little over 32 pounds.

The coiler weights seem weird too.

I have a 2004 Dawg Dee Lux, and with some upgrades it weighs 28 lbs. (pedals, seat, bars)

That's a sweet weight. My (upgraded) Bear weighs in at about 32 lbs. Mind you, I have not been especially careful about weight (for example, I have Time Z Control pedals on there, which are pretty chunky).

Anyway, thanks for posting those weights. I was thinking about getting rid of my Bear and getting a Dawg Primo, but only if I can knock at least 3 lbs off. As it stands, I think I'll keep my Bear for another season (I just overhauled it anyway, with a new headset, BB, and a bunch of other stuff).

    Thanks again.
