Caution; Merge; Workers Ahead! Help: Where the 30.0mm SETBACK seatposts?

Kona riders, where the 30.0mm SETBACK seatposts? In particular, in a 400 or 410 (even 380) length? I need the setback but I can't find a single one by ANY manufacturer out there... is a shim my only option? Thanks!

    got $195? http://www.boldprecision.com/bicycle.htm

then you can order a custom titanium tapered setback seatpost from albert bold precision

i got my custom Bold 30mm-setback titanium tapered (320x27.0mm) seatpost for $193, with shipping: I like it. No doubt you can order a 30mm wide seatpost to whatever setback you specify.

The only one I'm aware of is the Thomson Masterpiece. It's pricey though at around $130. The Race Face Diabolous post comes in 30.0 and has fairly set back clamp. It's beefy enough you could get away with running the seat further back than normal without risking a busted clamp.
