    6" to 8" disc upgrade

I've got a 2004 Coiler and want to upgrade the front brake disc size from the stock 6" to 8", does any body know of any upgrade kits for the Hayes set up?

you may want to resort to a $215 Hope M4 200mm

I think all you need is an 8" mount bracket ($10-$20) and an 8" rotor ($20-$30)

Yeah, all you need is the larger caliper mounts & discs. I see you're in the UK too, so you can get them from CRC for £12.99 for the mounts. There are two different mounts for the front, one for QR and the other for 20mm and one won't fit the other. I upgraded my fork to one with a 20mm axle so had to put the wider 20mm specific one on.
