how should i build my parker?

Hey guys, I currently have a 2005 Jamis Komodo. It has a Rock Shox Recon 351 w/lockout, Avid Juicy 3's w/ 7in rotors, Yeti ODI grips, IRC Trailbear tires 26X2.35. I just bought an 08 Parker 1 frame, and I don't know how I should set this bike up. I want to use as many parts from my Komodo on this bike as possible. I have a Shimano Deore shifters and derailleurs (not the top notch model), so I'm contemplating leaving it, removing the front derailleur, or removing both and going single speed.

I mainly ride all mountain but I'm in Florida so its pretty flat here. I may want to start DJ and urban riding as well. Any thoughts?

Here's a few pictures of my bike:

    my parker build

I decided to just transfer everything over from my Komodo. I have Avid Jiucy 3's, Shimano Deore rear derailleur, Alivio RapidFire shifters, TruVativ Hussefelt crankset w/ a bash guard covering the 3rd chain ring, IRC trailbear 2.35, and the rock Shox bar, and a Rock Shox 351 Recon w/ lockout. Pictures are coming soon. The bike should be put together by 12/11/2009!

hey blooregard they're cheap "flatbed alloy platform type with pedal spikes" according to the Jamis catalog. I have some clipless Shimano's too but I'm not going to put them on this bike.
