So we can't jump our bike? And please define "aggressive riding". And my severe terrain might be different than yours. I know, tit for tat, and this is to protect them but, non the less, these bikes should be built to withstand mountain biking, which is what we buy them for, not path riding and it sounds like the lawyer that wrote this did not consider the fact that these are not Pashley Guv'nors.
