INtense doesn't actually do the powder coating in house, I'm pretty sure they have all their powder coating done by Temecula Vally Powder Coating. I cant say for sure about warrenty, but I have, at one time or another re-powder coated all my intense frames, and it hasn't affected warrenty replacement with me. Despite what a very tiny percent of the people on this forum will tell you about Intense's warrenty department, for how small of a company Intense acutally is, they have a really good warrenty department, and have always come through for me, and everyone I know that rides and Intense.
