I'll play. I think it might be that trail that goes off the very bottom of Hard Guy, it goes up and to to the right?

Beer is yours... Here are some more pics... The Hillside loops are not used very much and is a fun warm up before heading out on longer loops... Too bad it's becoming Development-ville.

    Happy New Year Gary.......
Are the local trails good? I think Craig said you guys got it good, but Geoff tried to ride yesterday and he said it was sloppy; and/or specifically mentioned Sidewinder and said it was complete slop.

I've been riding in 2C with Nels so haven't seen the local trails

Trails are good until 11pm when everything turns into slop. This morning, we rode Bucks and it was very-very torn up by a couple of people riding when it was wet. Very ugly deep ruts. Idiots!

Yesterday, RRB and I got lucky and we were able to put in a 3 hour ride because it remained cloudy all morning and the thaw did not start until noon...

I think flip means "until 11 AM."

I can attest personally that 3 PM is NOT the time to ride the footies. Photos taken after a dork loop ride Sunday afternoon. Bad, bad, bad Earthpig. Looks like early AM or road riding only for a while.

    I hate winter.

Looks like some trail maitenance karma will need to be sought out in the spring - Good to see you out on the road yesterday - I figured it out after I took it back a notch. It was so coooold doing the three summits back to Bogus Basin road.

You are a very very very very very bad person and will have to be punished. Your pain will not be self-inflicted.

On a bright note, all the new greasball tracks made by people riding the melted spacklicious trails have added a new technical element to the otherwise milquetoast footies trails by freezing the ruts in place and requiring a tad more thought in picking a line.
Nobody cares what kind of bike you ride.

Trainspotting Bathroom.....................that is what your pics remind me of. Yucky. Your penance is 8hrs of trail maintenance.

Yes, I deserve all the abuse and penance for the idiocy pictured above. I have no excuse for my conduct, except that I've been out of town for a week and wasn't sure about the trail conditions. I'd heard rumor that the 8th street stuff was rideable, and I saw a rider behind Camelsback as I was heading out who told me that Hulls was pretty good. My bad!!!

The irony that I am usually the one b!tching the loudest about people riding on muddy trails is not lost on me.

Interestingly enough, I should have more than enough time this year for plenty of trail maintenance.

FFS Baker! I let you out of my sight for 2 hours, and this is what you do? And this, literally after you just finished b!tching at me for merely considering riding on the muddy trails. You deserve punishment.

May I remind you that I would not have been mountain biking at all on Sunday (nor would I have been out of your sight) if a "certain someone" had not desperately needed a nap on Sunday afternoon?

Remember, oh sweet one, that my "b!tching" is usually only in response to you telling me that you always rode muddy trails in California and that you cannot understand why everybody here gets their panties in such a wad about riding on muddy trails.

Oh, now that sounds like fun. More threats like that and I may never be out of your sight...

Don't threaten me with the "P" word. I'm shocked that you would do no better than, dare I say, a Californian?

Like I said, I'm due all the punishment deserved for my reprehensible conduct. I only ask that you be gentle in your chosen form of punishment.

    Did you use protection?

Were you wearing a helmet, gloves and glasses?
