Went in Hyde Park Cycle Sports

Had some of Grossman's Santa Cruz Blur line (maybe 4 or 5) in addition to the Marin Quad bikes which I never saw in Big Bikes (maybe cuz I was running out). Also had some Fuji all carbon bikes. Didn't look at prices since I'm not in the market for anything (translation: I'm broke right now, ha).

Place was pretty sparse but had the essentials. Looks almost like a consignment shop.... with brand new equipment. I think there's one part time mechanic and the owner. Anyway, it was the first time going in there where I wasn't shouted at or belittled. Actually stayed for a few minutes to look around. Nice. You should stop in.

I was there, but just on the outside, yesterday at lunch. Did anyone notice the lil' flyer they had taped up to the window that was promoting some sort of bike messenger type of race? I'll have to check it out again when I go to Parilla for their $1 tacos tomorrow.

The Garage is hosting it, or rather, it's the start/finish.
no rules, no insurance, no nothing.
    through the alleys.
    sounds interesting.

In this week's Boise Weekly, there is a small ad for HPCS and it announces that this weekend will be their grand opening. It also includes a coupon for 10% off accessories and maybe clothing?

Also...you can mee the Subway team.
