    Cool-blue Rhythm Summer Memories...

Just some quick shots of when I was warm, and riding. 90 minutes on the trainer while the icy winds howled outside just wasn't the same tonight. O, the many, many memories...

OK there are some obvious ones that most should recognize, but there are some I don't...

    * The one with a closeup of your handlebars...I know you are opposite the Sawtooths outside of Stanley...but what trail are you on?

    * Where is that last one at?

are at the end of Fisher/Williams. Taken about 7 yrs ago. The last one is on Elk Meadows that starts and ends at Stanley Lake campground. A fun, easy pretty loop of about 12 mi or so.

    Man...

those shots help on a cold icky day... I did go out for a ride yesterday and will probably go again today but the wind and cold made me wish for summer (unfortunately, I'm not much of a snow-person)...
Maybe I need to learn how to skate ski...

That looks like an awesome lake to go to and have some fun. What is the name of it? Its the one with the white popcorn clouds and the clear blue water with the peaks in the background. It would be neat to go up there and visit that place. I'm sure there is some pretty good biking up there too.

Nice. The pic of you sitting in the flowers with your hand up to your chin reminds me of a high school senior portrait, hahahaha. Good stuff.

at Redfish lake a few miles south of Stanley. Except for the summer crowds, one of my favorite places. We used to spend a week in Stanley every summer. Still try to make it for a 3 or 4 day camping trip every year. The very first picture was of Bull Trout Lake where we camped and rode the mtbs 2 yrs ago.

    Good times

Summer memories are the best. Here my best summer memories from 2004. Top of Borah, July 4 at Loon Lake, riding East Fork of Lake Fork outside of McCall with Wayndar, the 44 mile epic on the Lemond CX bike in September, and taking a breather on the Westfork trail outside Poky in July. I'm committed to making some more great memories in 2005!
