    Salt Lake Freeze?

How cold does it have to be for the the Great Salt Lake to ice up?
I stopped and went for a ride on Antelope Island Yesterday on my way back from Lehi, UT. There was one section of fun single track that was about 2 miles long so I did an out and back on it and added some dirt road miles to it.

I saw the same thing flying over it a couple of days ago on my way to Atlanta.

Speaking of Atlanta I stayed at this Holiday Inn which was like a trip on the Way Back machine. Totally 60's. Don't stay at the Holiday Inn on the Old Dixie Highway. At least they put a book in the room for me. It was written by some guy named "Gridiron". It was really hard to read, was really violent and it was printed on really cheesy paper. They should have put a caveat on the front page that said "This book is a work of fiction".

Speaking of getting in shape I think my the time I've been spending in the weight room is really starting to pay off.
