    Ravalli riding .

nwmtb and I went up into the saphire mountains on saturday to ride in the fog. It was pretty eerie, visibility was low and there was a muffled quiet. After traveling up for a fair distance we ran into some frosty bridges and jumps some local kids had built.

    foog..

looks like you guys must have experianced the same fog problems we had last week. I rode in that errie fog two weekends ago in the desert and it was mighty errie. Plus I was glad I knew where I was going since I could not see more than 15 ft

I think it is so cool right after the fog lifts and all the desert is iced over and sparkels.

    Thanks for the pics!

Try fog riding by head lamp!

I night rode some of the local gulches in the fog by headlamp last week. The 40 watt HID on my helmet was worthless and blinding but the 10 watt halogen on the bars was enough. It was pretty spooky though, especially after having seeing fresh mountain lion tracks the week before as well as being out there by myself.
Nobody cares what kind of bike you ride.
