    Pumpin4x & Crush_Berm (29er fully rigid) rail it

C_B came over to christen the track with it's first 29er riding with the green appleshot. What a trip riding that thing, had to convince him to slam the seat all the way down. We pumped the living daylights out of it and pronounced that "It was good."

    C_B Crushing_Berm on the 'Shot

    Cruise_Berm, rolling the rollers

And now for a little video enjoyment...

Yeah Bombin - I want some of that action too! Say the word and I'll bring the beers. Heck, I've been wanting to relandscape my backyard - I wonder if my wife will go for the pump track?!!?!

What's with the riding in tennies? Is that a pump track thing?

Yes we'll have a grand opening once it's completed, refreshments are welcomed along with red meats. Whirl it, crank it, but most importantly pump it. If you can spudhuck it in the fast sections then please do so!

EP - bring that Gary FisCher 29er over and you and Cruise_Berms can have your own race class. I've got a liability waiver I'll send anyone who wants to come ride so the Mrs. and I can sleep better at night...just bring that with your beers and we'll have some fun

Oh and the tennies are because we were moving some dirt still. Tennies, board shorts, and sleeveless t-shirts are the top pump track attire items.

I'd get dizzy and motion sick and spew chunks. I'll bring my CX.
Nobody cares what kind of bike you ride.

Sorry, but the GF went bye bye. I'm now inbreeding instead. I feel it's much more Idahoan than having a GF.

    Dumb question of the morning.....

I noticed Bret didn't pedal once while he went around the track a couple of times. Is that the way a pump track is suppose to be ridden...just use momentum?

You got it bro - show up with a SS and remove the chain and see how bad a$$ your pump skills are.

That's a pretty good idea for a contest. Remove the chain, get whatever running start you can muster, and then start the clock once you hit the dirt. BINGO!

Any chance for a weeknight "Lucky Suburbia/Hump Track" gathering in the next week or two? Weekends are nearly next to impossible for me right now.

Possibly! I still am not finished. I am getting weary of digging too. I think I already mentioned that. Oh and I still gotta get you those dvds. Dangit I need a 30 hour day.

Other than the bike, none. I'll take some today. The transition/crossover section has been a real challenge to build.

Sorry I didn't call last night, I was afraid to have you drive all the way out and then be on the phone if we got that RE deal. Needless to say we didn't get the deal so if you wanted to come over for a little while tonight to spin the wheel and craft a masterpiece I would appreciate it.

With regard to the bike, let's call it "admiration," not jealousy
