    military reserve connector

I was riding last friday and climbed the mil reserve connector trail, and i noticed that there were spots on it with piled dirt, and next to the trail was where the dirt was obviously taken from. It was obviously human-made because it was uniform across the trail, usually where the water bars are. Is this just rebuilding the water bars, or what is happening? it was just after a couple days of rain.

    thanks
    It's all downhill from here.
    (There's a **** of a lot of climbing left.)

Prepping for winter rains by R2R most likely. I actually hate that trail and would love to see it re-routed. For some reason when heading back up it after riding the trails in the eastern footies,(watchman, orchard, five mile, three bears),my legs are just dead and that trail is a mental killer. The option of riding down the creek and going home through town just doesn't seem right either. I'll just have to suck it up and keep spinning the pedals.
    Ride the bike.
