    Lonely Sunday...

Ain't nobody care about the Bogus Project. I was up there with one other this weekend and we got very little done. Ironically there was a lot of chatter before this Project started by many folks who felt this was a worthwhile endeavor. Seems rather strange how those folks just disappear once the work begins . For those of you who have pitched in, thanks.

For those of you who haven't we are doing another scheduled work day this Saturday the 23rd. Please come on out if you feel this Project is important to you.

I was gonna drive up...but I thought it wouldn't be a good idea...

Will you cart me and my two red demons up there on Saturday?

I broke my funny bone and couldn't make it. But I think my lumber made the trip the prior Saturday while I was out of state.

Sadly, it did not make it to the project.

Are you going up this afternoon by chance?

If you are interested in working this afternoon let me know as I will head on up. Or for that matter any afternoon this week.

Things are looking good up there. Nick and I worked a bit tonight. Built a transition off of the end of the log up top and re-built the ladder potion of the alternate line that goes right over the real skinny log and heads up to the remaining ladder and the left banking ladder if that makes any sense.

Should have some time to head up again this week for some more work.

I talked to Nick about it last night. Sounds like you guys did some good works. Thanks for pitching in

    Ian-

    Is more lumber needed?

Will you still be working after 3:30 PM on Sat by chance?

Will you still be working after 2PM on Sun by chance?

You could come in on the second shift and meet with me before I go. I could work with you for awhile and then show what needs to be completed. We definitely need more lumber. Thanks

Clocking In for the Swing Shift

Allikat says he has some lumber and can cut it to size, but the way I see the build the whole lumber is better since this isn't a cookie cutter operation. I could get it from him and then haul it up if that works.

Al, I'm thinking of going up there to work on Saturday if you still need a lift up. There's plenty of room in the 'yota for the pups. I'll probably also be carting some lumber up there too.

I actually was planning to do some local development scavanging. I figure a lot of the ladder stringer boards are shorter and just need to be cut to even 10" or so lengths which should be easily scavanged.
Oh sh!+ just force upgraded to cat1. Now what?
