    Lime Creek

Attempting to embed a slide show from Picasa-hope this works and will build on this thread with directions as best I can-Please add GPS and trail miles if you have info.

Took me 6.5 hours and I was at least 30 min. off the back. I could have spent more time resting-eating and re-filling more water-Ran out of water 1 hour from the end.

Tried it and comes out in a small window-Anyone know how to make this work?

    Code:
    <embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://picasaweb.google.com/s/c/bin/slideshow.swf" width="288" height="192" flashvars="host=picasaweb.google.com&noautoplay=1&hl=en_US&feat=flashalbum&RGB=0x000000&feed=http%3A%2F%2Fpicasaweb.google.com%2Fdata%2Ffeed%2Fapi%2Fuser%2Fharleyparson%2Falbumid%2F5495055352616405905%3Falt%3Drss%26kind%3Dphoto%26hl%3Den_US" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer"></embed>

94 miles 1.75 hours from Boise-Drive to Mt. Home exit to Hwy 21 going toward Fairfield.
Turn North at Hill City-Dirt road to Hunter Creek Transfer Station Trail Head on National Forest Land-Google maps will get you to Hill City-go past Cow Creek Resevoir-some of the dirt road is a bit rough.

    Google map-go past cemetary

great photos. was this a looped route, or out n back, point to point? I have been wondering about the area and have only been able to get out and ride willow creek out n back. 6hrs??? thats long, must have been all the stops for photos, nonetheless a big day, good job!

Lolly pop loop-Sorry someone else will need to post miles-6.5 hours was my best "race" pace-At leats 2 stops for water-Best reported time 5.5 hours. No way I could come close to that even if I could take enough water and not stop to pump filter more.

I just had enough food-could have taken more. Stops to rest and enjoy the ride would have prevented ME from cramping-others were in better shape -of the 8 or so that went that day-the leaders were at least 30 min. in front of me at the end and they ALL waited for me at every rest/food/water stop for about 5-10 min. However they were ready to go as soon as I showed up-so little rest for slow- poor- pitifull- me- ;-)

There were 3 major 5-15 min stops. I took fewer than I would like rests of less than 3 min.
to stretch-rinse out mud and eat. Great times and now I am in shape?

Here's a map of the area, we started at Hunter creek transfer camp...up the middle fork...
across blue ridge trail...then down the north fork.
    As already stated...a GREAT ride
