I have some questions about shock adjustment for Rock Island type of riding. How do I want to set up the front and rear shocks to get the best control? Do I want rebound to be on the faster or slower side? Do I put more air pressure in the rear and slow the rebound down? Just trying to figure this stuff out! any help would be great. The only trail I ever ride now is Rock Island and to the top of Table rock and off the back side around and back down to Rock Island so I am trying to figure out the best way to set my suspension for that type of riding. I will be heading to Phoenix to ride National trail in a few weeks so I would like to get it dialed in. Any help would be appreciated.
