    Damn glad to be here

I finally got here. We have been looking to move to Boise since we first visited here about 10 years ago. We moved into our new house today, 7-20-07, and ripped off an early ride on Shanes Loop before we had to unload. I hope to get out tomorrow before it gets to warm. My 15 year old son made short work of Shane's on his Bianchi single speed. He hopes to hook up with the local cycling crowd and get in at least 4 or 5 rides a week.

Fall is indeed awesome here. Winter is a little wet, but you can still ride or hike the trails. Boise is a great place to live despite the heat. There is quite a large mountain biking population here; your son will have no trouble fitting in.

Welcome to Boise, how did you get past the no growth police? Be sure and get rid of your California plates ASAP. If you didn't come from there then disregard and have a nice day .

Thanks, that is how I wanted the post to be read. It is meant to be funny. I didnot mean to insult or flame anyone. Pantera, Boise is a great place to live. Get out and explore you'll be amazed at what you find. Ride to live and live to ride.
