    Calling Team Heinous

On Wednesday May 2, Boise trails received rain off and on all day long, including a large downpour at 6:30 pm. The trails were in no condition to be ridden by one rider, much less a group of 20 plus. If you know any members of this group, please ask them to respect the other Mtbrs and the trails themselves by staying off of the dirt until it is properly dried. The reputation of this group is already, at best, suspect in the community. Please, if you wish to be seen as "tough guys" do so in a way that doesn't damage the environment.

So is run off from a down pour enviromental damage? ie "the crack"

I didn't ride with them - I thought they did a downtown romp last night.

Dem folks do wearin dem fancy jerseys shud hav sum sponsors' names on them. Reckon team big-wigs, no want to piss of their moolah source with bad pub from rude riders. Git team nombre, notify dem team head honchos. Good darn' way to curb dat poor behaviour.

Funny, i was on a ride Wednesday and there was no downpour in Boise at 6:30. Sandy trails were fine. What trails did they ruin? Did anyone see them riding on trails?

I heard conditions were primo from a number of different riders

Head heinous honcho knows when and where to ride. From what I know, Team Heinous doesn't ride trails...they burn up and fly down them...especially the head of the Addams Family...

    Yep

i was going to suggest that the trails were likely in perfect shape BECAUSE of the rain we got during the day wednesday. it hadn't rained in over 2 weeks...my yard already shows that, so i'm already running the sprinklers..

and i was outside from 5:30 'til dark..and i don't recall any downpour.

I saw the heinous herd flying down Bogus Basin Road as 730 looking damp and chilled. I did a quick spin up Bobs and down Hulls and the trails were exceptional. Speedy Gorganzola must live in a cave. Here's some more artwork.

    Hi,
I was riding early Wednesday evening. The trails were in good shape, although I did not get up very high in the foothills. I got a slight sprinkle of rain but not enough to stop and put on my rain jacket or damage the trails.

It did rain more after the ride while I was sipping a brew. You know the desert here, sometimes it is hit or miss on the rain.

    I smell some bull!

First you have to weigh the evidence

    Then know your cuts

Before you stick out your tongue
