Call for Ride Leaders at National Trails Day event

I'll just copy and paste Ted's email....

    Hi All,

I am looking for volunteer ride leaders at the National Trails day event at
Banner yurt on June 2nd. These will be beginner level rides.

Let me know if you can help out.

    Thanks

    Ted

CBro are you still thinking of doing this? I'm thinking of doing it too.

    I volunteered

to help out and ride sweep, but with my sense of direction still routed firmly in Kansas, I didn't think it would be a good idea to actually lead a group.

I can see the headline: Mountain Bikers lost near Idaho City.

Anyway - you oughta sign up! You too, Chris!

I had planned on it earlier this year. I am King of the Barneys, after all. But I might be goatroped that Saturday. This summer's getting away from me, and this particular Saturday might be my son's graduation party at the Brown casa mas grande. Believe me, I would rather be up riding than babysitting a scad of h.s. seniors, but a man's gotta do what... or however that goes.

Leave the high schoolers alone at your house. It'll be OK. Really.

Looks like I'm gonna be a sweeper that day. I'm looking forward to it. It should be fun!
