    Anyone been on Maholo recently?

I know the ridge road still is loaded with snow drifts south of Deer Point.

The ridge road is clear from Aldape Summit over Eagleson, Hard Guy, Dry Creek, even past the Maholo exit. We rode it on Sunday June 5th and hit some 3-4 foot drifts about 3/4 of a mile before Deer Point. As we looked towards Bogus the ridge road was a ribbon of deep snow. Probably melted quite a bit since then.

Mahalo's on the north face, and the south faces only just recently cleared. I'd think it's still going to be pretty snowy/slushy.

The bottom-right camera is a north facing slope (and one without trees, even):

Ahh, you're right. Center-bottom is yesterday, and is still a bit of snow. I know where that camera is, and it's probably 1000-2000' higher than mahalo, but gets more sun.

Here's a current one for a southern facing slope, too:

If someone goes up there, let us know. But I wouldn't hold my breath.

Sounds like Mahalo is going to take a while to be clear of snow. Patience, grasshopper. When it is time to ride Mahalo, you will know.

Rode it Saturday from Deer/Pt Ridge Road. Lot's of 4+ ft. deep patches on the road. Entry to Gardiner patchy, 1st stretch is pretty clear due to southern exposure but some big, deep patches in the center from the memorial bench to the log/rock bridge. Clear thereafter.

Snow should never be a problem.

    Ever.

Are you looking for adventure points? Or a Bonzai Tree experience? (i.e., small and impeccably manicured)
Nobody cares what kind of bike you ride.
