I never realized that Ibis doesn't advertise until reading the interview.

Awesome!!! I can attest, I have e-mailed Ibis w/ questions, and have received reply's, via e-mail, almost immediately. Honest, and to the point. Reading the interview, I feel, Ibis is the most down to earth, hold the highest integrity for their product, and customer service, and is Second to None. My kind of people!!!

    Thanks Ibis!!!

Tom and Hans are great people, so are Roxy and Scott, very approachable and nice. They are also total bike geeks! Brian is the same way!

Hans hit it dead on about feeling the Ibis vibe. I felt it in 2006 when I read my first story on Ibis in MtbAction. That's why I went with them and why my next bike is going to be a Tranny. Thanks to everyone at Ibis for a great bike that still turns heads on the trail!!

Royal treatment is absolutely right. The only issue I've ever had with my Mojo was responded to within an hour by Scot himself and ended up being one of the best customer service stories I have to share with people. It paid off for them as well as I acquired a Tranny not long after!
