Has anyone put a Monarch Plus RC3 with Debonair on an HD3?

Just curious, and any observations on how it performed...

My buddy just had his first ride with the HD3 and the RC3+ debonair. Took it off right away the tune was too harsh.

Was it tuned for the DW suspension? A "regular" tune will tend to ride harsh on an HD.

Right, I've found sag is a bit counterintuitive with the DebonAir. You have to air it up (over the standard RC3) to give it more cush... but that's on a Tracer, and why I asked about HD3...

Still interested on this. I like the CC inline but I'm curious as to how the debonair with its huge negative air spring, works on the HD3

Very curious on this too, likewise the CC dbair CS, or the slightly dated xfusion vector air HLA.

Also, in the video from Jeff kendall-weed, is that a monarch debonair, or some prototype?

right, if it's anything like the HD you need L/L low tune or L/M (low tune, Med rebound) as was suggested on the original Monarch+ for the HD/HDR - which I have and is so much better than the rp23 it replaced...

Or dvo topaz air, oh what fun.

My thoughts are the fox float x2, dvo topaz air, or the new xfusion... Could be a while for later two.

    Anyone?
My hd3 arrived with a bad Inline shock. I haven't gotten an eta on the replacement arriving so I have a very expensive garage decoration. I am looking for another shock to try out. RS user serviceable suspension is a big plus right now in my book.

Grab the fox float x2 w/ the tune for the hd3. Its available, u can order. However, the tune is an additional $75.00. So cost is $700+, depending on taxes.

Won't help the op but I have a ML vivid air arriving tomorrow no firm ETA on the inline and the weather is nice. I'll see how it goes.

edit : just in case the vivid air did not fit with out milling off the domed shape of the piggy back bridge.

I got Debonair upgrade for T275c and agree, it works great out of box and keeps on working and I trust RS CS which just replaced my Stealth seat post nqa...
