    Bike Travel Cases for Mojo

    Hi Guys,

I believe there was a thread a while back about travel cases...but couldn't find. I am traveling to Moab from Boston next month. This will be my first time traveling with my Mojo (and first time to Moab). Wanted to know what you case works best with the Mojo and if anyone could offer any tips for traveling with the Mojo.

Here's the case I am considering:

    Thanks

how much money do you want to spend?? ....and be forewarned, the airlines are co@# *%ckers with fees these days.

here is the one i use:

it is great. but expensive to travel. i put all my other travel stuff inside too. but of course the airlines had a problem with that. they would have preferred i had separate carry ons cause like there is a ton of carry on space these days with everyone and their brother trying to take all their crap as a carry on. if anything i did the airline a favor by having all my crap in with my bike

i just finished packing up my large mojo into a thule roundtrip case. it was pretty freaking tight, but it's in there. (i am both relieved and nervous).
i had to remove wheels, handlebar/stem, pedals, seatpost, and derailleur hanger (that was new for me).

here is a pic of the case. it looks like there might be a rocket launcher inside. hopefully they take it easy on me at the airport. wish me luck
