    Another "Ibis Customer Service Rocks" thread!

    I know it's a bit like preaching to the converted but I'll add my praise for Ibis's outstanding customer service. Hans helped me out with a minor warranty issue and went well above what was required. I've been riding and racing for the better part of 30 years and have owned lots of bikes. Ibis has provided the best CS I've encountered. Thanks Scot, Hans and crew.
    When Ibis comes out with a full squish 29er I'll be the first in line.

    Yep, they rule the CS world.
    Hans helped me out with a last minute thing a day before I went on a 2 week bike trip.
    The coolest part was he initiated the support based on a post I had here on MTBR. I had no intention of even looking for help.

    I've got the same results. They go above and beyond. They have the best cs in the biz!
