    Mary seat post clamp

I snapped the bolt on the seat post clamp on the Mary SS. I know the seatpost is 31.6, how much larger does one need to go for size on the seat post clamp. Can I get away with 31.8, or is that too small, never had to replace one of these before, so any help is appreciated.

Easy with the allen wrenches there, heavy hitter. The clamp size is 34.9.

I replaced my seatpost clamp with a Salsa flip-lock 32.0 clamp. I like the flexibility of a quick-release so I can lower the seat during descents. Works great.

I also added a little blue locktite to the threads on the quick-release clamp so that it doesn't keep adjusting itself on me every time I release the quick-release. Much better now.

Thanks for the help. Our little one man bike shop in town happened to have one that fit. Otherwise the next shop is 75 miles of hot desert travel. And I didn't need anything else at the moment, so did not want to pay all that shipping for one part.
