OK, I'll play. This is me at the Fontana Winter Series last year. I come out of retirement from time to time to race some DH.

Hey, thats a werx? Did it come stock like that, or did you switch the totem out with a travis?

I keep seeing stock X-7's that are spec'd differently than originally described on their website, same with the 2006 werx's.

A good buddy of mine took it... Thats actually his Werx-7 which has a better set-up than mine.

Still, its a good picture of me in action on one. Hopefully after the new year in the off season when things get cheaper, I will be able to get a couple more things on mine to bring it up to par with his...

GA - My X7 Werx did come stock w/ a Totem, and yes, I did switch it out for a Travis. I also put Formula Oro's and a Shimano drivetrain on the bike as well. Mainly due to the fact that this is the stuff that I like, not due to the fact that the stock parts were sub-par.

It's not uncommon for OEM spec to vary a bit within model years. Sometimes a supplier will run out or have mid-season issues with their components. Companies then will sub parts of equal value to keep the flow of bikes going to the dealer network.

Thanks for the props on the bike - she's a fun one to own.

I just realize who I quoted. I guess I need to look at the screne name before I write people.... kinda like how you used to out-bid me on ebay all the time without seeing who the high bidder was (lol). WHATS UP?!

Troy called me today. He said that you are going to DH with your NEW friends... Cool man, I'm glad you found some people out there in NM that rip it up. Did you go to Angle Fire?

Let me know how it goes?
