    derailleur hanger escape

    where can I get a deailleur hanger for a 2007 escape?

    funny you should ask about that. when my local shop ordered the bike, they were putting it together, and the hanger broke. fortunately, they ordered a new one and put it on the bike.

    Have your LBS call our product services department. You can also order one direct through derailleurhanger.com, but they seem like they might be a little pricy.

    Did you break yours or just buying a spare?

    mine is bent. I found out because the derailleur was hitting the spokes of my wheel, and no adjusting cured the problem. the hanger is curved a little bit inward which would cause the whole derailleur to turn in a bit. And with a long cage, its enough to hit the spokes when the bikes on low gears. Im hoping the hangers the problem. If its not then I dunno...

    mine broke. i didnt get to see it. they ordered a new one for me though.
