Swapping out for some 650b's on a diverge.
I've got a 2019 Diverge S works. Looking to try riding some 650b's. Any special things to consider?

Brake disk and cassette. Should the hubs and thru bolt work off my mountain bike?

You should use the thru bolt from the bike you intend to use...your gravel bike.

Given that we have no clue what your mountain bike is, itís impossible to say yes or no.

Thanks. I'll have to mess with it some. I've got my Stans Crests on my Remedy, but I have an old set of Bontrager I'll have to check out.

As Le Duke mentioned keep the axels with the bike, there are a lot of variables with thru axle's. The rear you might be good with out any changes. Maybe a brake adjustment is all that is needed.
Most gravel bikes use 12mm in the front and mountain bikes use 15mm, you will have to do a little work to fit the front wheel. Older Bontrager wheels use Dt Swiss internals so parts are readily available, if they are the higher end models you can get end caps to swap out and the front wheel should work. If it is a newer model utilizing boost your out of luck.
