For anybody that owns a Wahoo Elemnt (specifically the Roam but I figure they're mostly the same for this question) - when using a planned workout from a third party like TrainingPeaks, how do you normally set up your warmup in order to avoid not being exactly where you would like to be on the trail/road when you start your first interval?
In other words coming from a Garmin unit previously I could set my warmup to end on "lap button press" making it an open ended amount of time/distance. With the Wahoo I don't think that is an option. I know you can pause/skip steps on a planned workout but is there a better way to have the warm-up step be defined by something other than a specific amount of time/distance? Thanks!
