    Is Bryton out of business??

I bought a Bryton 450 and am trying to set it up. I went to their site to enter login info, and a popup tells me that it will send an email for registration confirmation. No email. No login. I tried password reset, they will email, no email comes. I try to login with Facebook, failed. Tried several different email address to register, same thing, no email response from Bryton. I emailed Bryton support yesterday, no response, nothing.

Are they alive or dead, I cannot get any response out of them. There is no email confirmation or reply. If I don't hear something tomorrow, I am going to send this thing back.

It looks like a good little unit, but if you cannot login to the app, you cannot access all of the features.

well, their support has kinda always sucked. They sent me a Rider 310 for free to review, and I basically turned into a bug sleuth. None of which they ever fixed. The thing has sat in a drawer for years now.

Two days later, and still no reply from support, and their web site will not send email account verification. Their support people must have died from Covid 19, and took the web site with them.

Three days later and still no reply after several emails to Bryton support, and many attempts to register on their web site. I think these guys did die.
I am sending it back. The search for a bike unit goes on..
