    Actually, it's a 2000, the 2001 NRS 3 frame was blue. And what's with the road rims??

    No, Im pretty sure its a 2001 model because the secondary color for that model was a black/gray color.

    the cranks look cheap, doubt they were stock. The Hayes are just Gen1 stock calipers 6in rotors. Not a bad commuter though w/ the skinnies.
    Watch the seattube shock junctions on the pre 02 nrs models, very prone to breakage.
