From 29er to: Antem Advance SX or Trance Advance 27,5 1

I'm 6'2" 210 pds and I'm use to a 29er with 100mm rear and 120mm front.(Jet 9 RDO) That was enough suspension for my style of riding but not very maneuverable for single track.

    - 1500kms\season
    - 5 race\season: 50 to 80kms
    - Single track
    - I'm not very good in downhill so I want a stable and comfortable bike.- I do not jump ...

Should I go with the Antem Advance SX (100\120mm) or Trance Advance 27,5 1(140\140mm).

There are very few left in stock...

I'd say Anthem, but to be honest if you want agility and that it's good for races, you might want to take a look at some nice modern 29" hardtail with slightly slacker front end (<70).

Other than that, Anthem Advanced (not SX) is also interesting, but so is SX. However, depending on the type of terrain you're riding, 29er might perform better for racing.

I test rode the Anthem and wanted to like it. Giant lost me when they bailed with 29".

I bought the Jet RDO with 120 Fox and cant imagine singletrack its not maneuverable on!
