New question here. 2004 NRS1 shock setup instructions/recomendations please

I recently purchased a 2004 NRS1. I am seeking instructions and/or recomendations on how to set up the shocks (front and rear) in order to optimize the ride. Yes, I've read the instructions, but as a suspension newbie, they might as well be written in greek.

The '04 NRS1 comes with a Fox Float AVA pro pedal rear shock designed specifically for this bike.
This shock has the following adjustments available:
    1. air pressure
    2. air volume (Air Volume Adjuster or AVA)
    3. damping
It also has a Manitou Skareb Super front shock which has the following adjustmens available:
    1. air pressure
    2. SPV pressure (Stable Platform Valve)
    3. SPV volume
    4. damping
I've set the pressure in the rear shock to 135lbs per the instructions included (I weigh 145lbs).
    I set the front shock pressure to 113lbs per the instructions included (0.75 x 145 = ~ 113).

Beyond these settings, I'm lost. I've left the rest of them how they came set from the factory.
It rides very nice, but I just get the feeling that it could ride a whole lot better.

Any advice or words of wisdom would be *very* appreciated,

    Thanks for your time.
