Recommendation for matte frame protection tape/helicopter tape for matte black frame

Looking for recommendations for some matte helicopter or frame protection tape? I have a matte black painted frame I would like to protect. I already have some clear tape and it's too glossy when on the frame.

I only see gloss or clear tape on ebay and amazon.

It may be too glossy but the best tape I've found is the black silicon stuff. You can get it at Lowes or HD or ESI sells some for quite a bit more. It's really cool because it only stick to itself.

Hmmm. I'll drop into Lowes to check it out. What is it actually called? I couldn't find it on their web site..

Actually it's more satin than matte so no superpower healing properties.

Are you proposing to wrap the whole frame?

We need to talk. The satin is in superpower learning school. So, yeah itís going to have some superpower healing, just not as much as matte finishes.
