    Positive vibes from camelbak.

Hey, just wanted to tell everyone I had a great experience with Camelbak. I got a warranty thru them and it was a very positive experience. Fast turn around, good response, no questions. Kudos to a company that stands behind their products. I definitely appreciate it, and wanted to share my positive experience.

I haven't had any complaints, so I couldn't tell you how they are to deal with! Been using their stuff for decades, now.

Good to hear of positive experiences.

Me too recently, even though it was my fault. I busted a buckle slamming my tailgate on it. They sent me a new buckle for free, with zero BS.

7 CamelBaks so far, and this is the first that has required warranty service. And like I said, it was my fault.

    CamelBaks have never disappointed me.

Mine is 19 years old and still going strong. Iíve only replaced the bladder every couple of years for sanitary reasons.

Mine is the Mule, 100 OZ.

Edit : Saved me in many crashes as well.

Another camelbak lifer here, going on 15 years. Funny you had a warranty claim. Not surprised they took care of you at all.

The bag where the bladder goes got a large tear in it. (In the side, the thinner fabric) Never crashed. But wanted to send good vibes. Especially to a company that honors their own warranty! Seems to be rare these days. I'll be a lifer. Intended on buying a bigger pack for long rides. (I had the lobo) any reccomendations?

Same great customer service from Zoic.. I emailed them about a cargo zipper gone bad. I sent them a pic and in less than a week, sent me a new one..
