Off topic: Running stroller handlebar extension - any ideas for stem / handlebar?

This is random but I figured another rider may be able to help. I am posting in general as many more people will see this compared to the family forum.

I have a Bob Sport Utility running stroller. The handlebars are way too low for me so I want to create some sort of extension. I'd love to have some wide riser bars w/ fat Oury grips on it but I'm open to any ideas. I don't know their handlebar specs but I can cut through the foam grip. I don't want to cut through the actual bars, nor do I want just bar ends.

    Any thoughts? Ideas?

Those things used for hanging pipes in electrical conduit installations. Some are shaped for hanging a pipe from another pipe.

Yeah and then go carbon. Also, XT hydraulic disc brakes are the best...
