    My final decision

    okay, so my final decision has come down to two bikes, both for $650,
    2009 trek fuel ex 8:2009 Trek Fuel EX 8, Don't let the year fool you , this is a great bike, Frame size is 18" , Wheel size is 26, Bike rides smooth and is ready to go,Come check it out. Retail is over $2400 new
    I'm asking $650

    the 2017 diamondback atroz comp:
    Diamondback atroz comp 27.5 full suspension mountain bike....medium size frame..this is the upgrade atroz with higher end components....rock shox front and rear.....hydraulic dic brakes....1x11 drive train.... added a dropper seatpost...other specs can be viewed on the web ...$650

    Avoid the dic brakes.

    I had an occasion when it felt like I had a dic brake. This happened during a very energetic ride with my wife.
    Consciousness, that annoying time between bike rides.
