    Merida one-twenty headset maitenance

Would anyone be able to send me headset manual with all seals/bearings/position etc for Merida one-twenty 7x 2018? I believe one of the parts is wrongly placed as the handlebar is way too stiff even though I've loosen the top screw.

I've cleaned all the bearings/replaced the grease - and potentially put something wrong way in again.

By "loosening the top screw" do you mean the countersunk Allen bolt in the center of the top cap? 'Cause that's not going to affect the "stiffness" turning the bar.

Just look up "how to adjust a threadless headset" on YouTube.

yeah, and also when you are doing it up, don't tighten that top one down too much... that will lock everything up. Ity is to compress and hold, not part of actaully being tight.
All the gear and no idea.
