    Jenson site issues

    Anyone having trouble logging into their account on Jenson? I haven't been able to login to check order status, reset a password or get a response from an email in two days.

    Just wondering if it's only me.

    Not within your time frame, but about a week ago I ordered using my account. Goods since received. 100% positive purchase experience, as usual.

    Thanks. Yeah, my order went through fine over the weekend and stuff actually arrived today, so it has to be in the last few days.

    No problems for me, but I've never had any good luck getting an e-mail response from them.

    I had a problem with an order not showing up on my account. It still shipped on time and showed up on the right day. I got the email and everything but it just didn't show in my history on the website.

    Site worked fine for me last week. Order went through without issues and arrived early.

    I cant log in currently and it wont let me change my password

    I found Jenson on Facebook and they messaged me back saying they pushed out some big upgrade and broke a lot of logins and were working on fixes. Iíll keep this updated as they give me more information.

    I was having trouble seeing order history last week - looking to re-order something. I called them (yes, I actually spoke to a person on the telephone) and the guy said that they were in the process of doing a pretty extensive system upgrade and were having some difficulty transferring some things (accounts, history, etc.) from the old to the new. They were going to have a bit of manual cleanup to do.

    He was able to pull up my order history and help me re-order what I needed right on the telephone...

    I just checked and I am able to login and see all of my previous orders now with no problems.

    Oh man, I thought I was the only one having these issues. I figured that there was some sort of upgrade or migration. They need better ITs and web developers.
    I no longer like to party. But I like the idea of it.

    Yep, system upgrade. There was a 1 day delay on my order but it arrived yesterday. It took them 24hrs to ship which is unusual. #jensonsrocks

    Jenson got back to me and said they had root caused the issue. After resetting my password, I'm able to login and see my account history now. Hopefully, this fix is for everyone else too.

    Seems good now. I placed an order of small parts last week after the site went back up and the items shipped out the same day from California.

    No logging in issues but I hate their site format. It's especially painful trying to use it on my phone.
